Sexuality & Intimacy

Embracing Your Whole Self

A compassionate, non-judgmental space to explore questions of sexuality, intimacy, and identity — with full affirmation and care.

A Truly Affirming Space

Sexuality and intimacy are core dimensions of human experience — and yet they are often the areas where people feel most alone, most judged, or most misunderstood. At Help Therapy Care, we believe every person deserves a safe, knowledgeable, and fully affirming space to explore these aspects of themselves.

Our approach to sexuality and intimacy therapy is grounded in a sex-positive framework — meaning we approach all consensual expressions of sexuality and relationship structures with openness and respect. We do not pathologize sexual diversity. We celebrate it. Whether you are navigating questions about your sexual orientation, gender identity, relationship style, or sexual health, you will be met here with warmth and expertise.

For individuals and couples, intimacy challenges often show up as difficulty with desire, arousal, emotional closeness, communication about needs, or navigating mismatched expectations. These concerns are common, treatable, and deserve compassionate, informed care. We work collaboratively to understand the roots of these challenges — whether they lie in past experiences, relationship dynamics, body image, trauma history, or other factors — and to develop practical, meaningful pathways forward.

Our practice is proudly LGBTQ+ affirming. We welcome people of all gender identities, sexual orientations, and relationship structures — including polyamorous relationships, kink-aware individuals, and those exploring non-traditional relationship configurations — with full respect and without judgment.
